About this drink
Embers is a warming ruby ale with a distinctly malt-forward character. Layers of caramel and biscuit are joined by dark berry fruit, giving the beer a rounded, medium-bodied feel and a little more depth than a typical bitter. A particularly good choice if your tastes lean towards richer, maltier cask ales.
