Rum Cask starts as a traditional medium-dry real cider made from a variety of Berkshire apples, then takes an unusual turn: it is matured in used oak rum barrels for at least six months. The barrel ageing adds warming rum and oak character without losing the cider's apple-led identity, making this one of the most distinctive drinks in the line-up.
