About this drink
A dry Spanish sparkling wine made in the traditional method from the classic Cava grapes Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada. Bright citrus and orchard-fruit freshness are complemented by subtle biscuit and toast from the production method, giving it enough complexity to be more than simply a celebratory glass of fizz.
